Construction work on sixteen roads in the tribal areas of Dera Ghazi Khan and Rajanpur districts will be completed next year at a cost of over three point six billion rupees.
According to Project Director Tribal Area Development Project Tahir Khursheed, two billion rupees have been added to the allocated amount for the ongoing three-year uplift program for the tribal areas.
He said forty-one new schemes relating to drinking water, irrigation, and five hundred and seventy five solar panels have also been approved, which will cost thirty million rupees.
The Project Director said wok on sixty-nine other connecting roads in the tribal belt will also be started soon.
