Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan says the government is taking result-oriented steps for providing job opportunities to people through tourism.
Presiding over a meeting in Peshawar, he directed the concerned authorities to pace up work for starting the cable car project at tourist site of Kumrat to promote tourism in the province.
The Chief Minister termed this project as an important and pragmatic project for promotion of tourism.
The one of its kind project will attract both local and international tourists towards the province.
Mahmood Khan directed the concerned authorities to ensure timely completion of the project.
The meeting also gave approval for detailed feasibility study and engineering design of proposed Kumrat cable car project.
