Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Minister, Taimur Saleem Jhagra says provincial government is taking pragmatic steps to increase the provincial revenue.
Talking to a delegation of civil servants in Peshawar on Monday, he said government has introduced extensive reforms in major sectors for revenue generation.
Taimur Saleem Jhagra said provincial government has focused on cutting government expenditures and diverting these funds to development.
He said one hundred and sixty-two billion rupees have been allocated for the development of tribal districts.
Similarly, two billion rupees have been reserved Under Insaf Rozgar Scheme to provide loans to the youth of merged districts.
