West Indies women's cricket team have defeated Pakistan by one run in the first match of the five-match T20I series in Karachi. Batting first, West Indies women scored 122 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in allotted twenty overs. In reply, Pakistan women could score 121 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in allotted twenty overs.
