Islamabad: The fourth death anniversary of legendary singer Nayyara Noor, also known as 'Bulbul-e-Pakistan', was observed today. She was born in Assam, India, in 1950 and migrated to Pakistan in 1957. Nayyara Noor sang numerous filmi songs, ghazals, and patriotic songs, earning her a prominent place in the music industry.
According to Radio Pakistan, she was awarded the presidential Pride of Performance Award in 2006 for her contributions to music. Nayyara Noor passed away in Karachi after a protracted illness on this day in 2022, leaving behind a legacy cherished by fans and music lovers across the nation.
