Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has underlined the need of bringing education system at par with modern standards to compete the world. Speaking at a ceremony in Lahore today, he said Islam emphasizes education and research. He said that we must seek enlightenment from the thoughts of Iqbal because remedy for all issues lies in his philosophy.
