Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development, Chaudhry Salik Hussain has lauded the efforts taken by the International Labour Organization to support workers. Addressing the 112th International Labour Conference in Geneva, the Minister appreciated the ILO's initiatives to mitigate the adverse effects of the crises being faced by Gaza and the West Bank. He emphasized the dire situation in the occupied Arab Territories, particularly in Palestine, and stressed the failure of the multilateral system. Delivering a statement on behalf of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Chaudhry Salik Hussain stressed the need for an immediate ceasefire and the unobstructed delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza.
