Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar will represent Pakistan at two-day meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers (CFMs) of Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), beginning at Astana in Kazakhstan from Monday.
