Islamabad:Foreign Secretary Ambassador Asim Iftikhar Ahmad met with Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar as he officially took over his new role at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to Radio Pakistan, Ishaq Dar praised Ambassador Asim Iftikhar Ahmad for his contributions during his time as Pakistan's Permanent Representative to the United Nations in New York and expressed his best wishes for success in his new responsibilities.
