The Election Commission has issued a notice to National Assembly candidate Daniyal Aziz from Narowal for violating the Election Code of Conduct. In a press release issued today, the Election Commission summoned him to appear on Saturday. It was further stated that the final notification of Daniyal Aziz's candidacy will be conditional upon the Commission's decision if he emerges victorious in the elections. The Election Commission has made this decision in light of the report from the District Monitoring Officer of Narowal, which indicates that Daniyal Aziz has repeatedly violated the code of conduct. It was mentioned that the candidate from Narowal neither responded to the notices issued by the District Monitoring Officer nor paid the fifty-thousand-rupee fine imposed on him for violating the code of conduct.
