Lahore: Pakistan is actively supporting Sikh pilgrims and individuals of various religions visiting the country by providing free accommodation, transportation, meals, medical assistance, and security services. This initiative aims to enhance the experience and safety of the visitors, ensuring their stay is both comfortable and memorable. According to Radio Pakistan, this information was shared by Saifullah Khokhar, the Additional Secretary of the Shrines Evacuee Trust Property Board of Pakistan. In an exclusive interview, Khokhar emphasized the concerted efforts of relevant government departments, including the Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) and security agencies, in delivering dedicated services to the visiting guests. Khkhar also highlighted that Pakistan receives between one-thousand to fifteen-hundred Sikh pilgrims daily on average, underscoring the country's commitment to facilitating their religious journeys. He further remarked on the deep cultural and linguistic ties shared by the people of Pa kistan and India, which foster a sense of affection and connection between them.
