Islamabad: Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal, has affirmed that the federal government is committed to providing all necessary resources for the development and progress of Gilgit-Baltistan. According to Radio Pakistan, Ahsan Iqbal made this statement during a meeting with Chief Minister Gilgit-Baltistan Haji Gulbar Khan in Islamabad. The Federal Minister emphasized that funds will be allocated promptly to ensure the completion of ongoing projects within the specified timeframe under the Federal Development Program in Gilgit-Baltistan. Chief Minister Haji Gulbar Khan highlighted the importance of the timely completion of Public Sector Development Program (PSDP) projects for the region's development and progress. The commitment from the federal government is seen as a crucial step towards achieving the developmental goals set for Gilgit-Baltistan.
