Full court resumes hearing of SC Practice, Procedure Act

A full court of Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa has resumed hearing of petitions challenging the Supreme Court Practice and Procedure Act.

In his remarks at the outset, the Chief Justice of Pakistan said it will be our effort to complete hearing of the case today. He however said if the counsels desire, they may also submit written arguments.
