Russia is keen to offer expertise in modernizing Pakistan's fertilizer plants and provide training programs for Pakistani farmers to enhance agricultural productivity. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Aleksei Gruzdev during his meeting with Minister for Commerce, Jam Kamal Khan in Islamabad. During the meeting, the discussion focused on strengthening economic cooperation and exploring new trade opportunities between the two countries. The Russian Deputy Minister highlighted Russia's interest in expanding exports of agricultural and railway machinery, as well as metal products, to Pakistan. Speaking on the occasion, Jam Kamal Khan highlighted the significant untapped potential in Pakistan-Russia trade.
