Lahore: The funeral prayer of Captain Muhammad Zohaib Ud Din Shaheed, who was martyred during an intelligence-based operation in the Shagai area of Khyber District yesterday, was held in Lahore tonight. According to Radio Pakistan, the funeral prayer was attended by Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, Corp Commander Lahore Lieutenant General Syed Aamer Raza, and other senior civil and military officials. On the occasion, the Prime Minister met with the family of the martyred Captain Zohaib Ud Din and expressed his condolences. The Prime Minister paid tribute to Captain Zohaib Ud Din Shaheed for fighting bravely against the Khwarij. He stated that the entire nation is proud of him and salutes his sacrifice. Captain Muhammad Zohaib Ud Din Shaheed was martyred on November 30th, 2024. During the operation, three Khwarij were killed, and two were apprehended.
