Islamabad: Minister for Climate Change Musadik Malik announced that the Federal Government is set to take measures to address the environmental challenges faced by Gilgit-Baltistan. According to Radio Pakistan, Musadik Malik conveyed this commitment during a meeting with Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeez-ur-Rehman in Islamabad. The discussion focused on the pressing environmental concerns in the region, particularly the melting of glaciers and the issue of deforestation.
