Islamabad: Hot and humid weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, rain, wind, and thundershowers are anticipated at isolated places in Kashmir, northeastern Punjab, Islamabad, the Pothohar region, upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Gilgit-Baltistan. According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature in major cities is forecasted as follows: Islamabad will experience twenty-five degrees, Lahore and Karachi at twenty-eight degrees, Peshawar at twenty-nine degrees, Quetta at twenty-two degrees, Gilgit at twenty degrees, Murree at seventeen degrees, and Muzaffarabad at twenty-four degrees Celsius. For the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the weather forecast predicts partly cloudy conditions with chances of rain, wind, and thundershower in Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. The temperatures are expected to be around twenty degrees in Srinagar, Anantnag, and Shopian, twenty-six degrees in Jammu, fifteen degrees in Leh, and nineteen degrees in Pulwama and Baramula.
