Islamabad: Ambassador of Iran to Pakistan, Dr. Reza Amiri Moghadam, has commended Pakistan's proactive and unwavering support for Iran during the recent escalation in the region. Speaking to a private news channel, the envoy highlighted the crucial role Pakistan played amidst the tensions, emphasizing the deep respect and value the Iranian people hold for this support.

According to Radio Pakistan, Dr. Moghadam praised Pakistan for being the most prominent supporter among all the brotherly nations. He acknowledged the solidarity shown by Pakistan's government, people, and media, which stood firmly with Iran during the challenging period.

The ambassador further noted that Pakistan's backing was not limited to verbal support but extended to international forums, including the UN Security Council, where Pakistan advocated for Iran's stance.
