The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to establish Pakistan's first autism therapeutic clinics in the province. In this connection, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between health department and the Autism Learning Disabilities organization in Peshawar today. The clinics will be established in Peshawar, Haripur, Mardan, Charsadda, Mansehra, Swabi, Chitral, Dera Ismail Khan, Swat and Dir during next five years. Children with autism will be treated in these clinics on no-profit-no-loss basis. Source: Radio Pakistan
