Islamabad: Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. Cold conditions are likely to prevail in hilly areas during the morning and night hours. However, light rain is expected at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature in major cities recorded this morning includes Islamabad and Muzafarabad at fifteen degrees centigrade, Lahore at twenty-one, Karachi at twenty-three, Peshawar at nineteen, Quetta and Murree at ten, and Gilgit at eight degrees centigrade. In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the weather forecast predicts partly cloudy conditions in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula, while dry weather is anticipated in Jammu and Leh. The temperatures recorded this morning were ten degrees centigrade in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, and Baramula, eighteen degrees in Jammu, zero in Leh, and eleven in Shopian.
