Islamabad: Mainly hot and very humid weather is expected to prevail over most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. However, isolated rain-wind/thundershowers are anticipated in Kashmir, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, northeast Punjab, and Gilgit-Baltistan during the evening and night. According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature recorded in major cities this morning showed Islamabad and Quetta at twenty-four degrees centigrade, Lahore at twenty-six, Karachi at twenty-nine, Peshawar at twenty-eight, Gilgit at nineteen, Murree at fifteen, and Muzaffarabad at twenty-three degrees centigrade. In the weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather is expected in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramula, and Jammu. Meanwhile, Leh is likely to experience partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and wind accompanied by thunderstorms. The temperatures recorded this morning were Srinagar and Anantnag at nineteen degrees centigrade, Jammu at twenty-eight, Leh at seven, and Pulwama, Shopian, and Baramula at eighteen degrees centigrade.
