Islamabad: Mainly hot and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. However, rain-wind/thunderstorm is likely at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and surrounding areas during the afternoon. According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature of major cities recorded this morning shows Islamabad at twenty-three degrees centigrade, Lahore at twenty-six, Karachi at thirty, Peshawar at twenty-two, Quetta at eighteen, Muzaffarabad at sixteen, Gilgit at eleven, and Murree at twelve degrees centigrade. The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir predicts partly cloudy and dry weather in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramula, and Leh, while hot and dry conditions are expected in Jammu. The morning temperatures recorded were Srinagar, Anantnag, and Shopian at twelve degrees centigrade, Jammu at twenty-four, Leh at zero, and Pulwama and Baramula at twelve degrees centigrade.
