Lahore: Due to increasing smog, markets in four districts of Punjab, including Lahore, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, and Multan, will be closed at 8pm daily from today. According to Radio Pakistan, the notification was issued by DG Environmental Protection, Imran Hamid Sheikh, stating that this restriction will continue until the 17th of this month. This decision has been implemented to comply with a court verdict concerning the rising number of patients affected by smog-related conditions.
