Islamabad: Minister for Education and Professional Training, Dr Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui has inaugurated a Customer Care Desk at the Inter Boards Coordination Commission in Islamabad. The initiative aims to streamline the process for students seeking resolution of their queries and complaints related to attestation and equivalence.

According to Radio Pakistan, the inauguration of the Customer Care Desk is expected to alleviate unnecessary hurdles and delays that students have been facing. The desk is designed to provide efficient and timely assistance to students, ensuring a smoother experience in dealing with their educational documentation processes.
