Islamabad: The Ministry of IT and Telecommunication (MoITT) has partnered with global technology giant Meta to officially inaugurate the Small Business Growth Academy (SBGA). This initiative is specifically designed to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) throughout Pakistan by offering them free training opportunities. According to Radio Pakistan, the program's primary objective is to support SMEs in expanding their businesses and adapting to the evolving landscape through the use of digital and AI-powered tools. More than one thousand SMEs across Pakistan are expected to benefit from this capacity-building initiative. The program places a particular emphasis on encouraging women-led businesses and entrepreneurs to apply, ensuring that they have the resources and support necessary to thrive in today's digital economy.
