Pak-China Strategic Partnership Celebrates 75 Years of Cooperation

Islamabad:Pakistan and China, often referred to as Iron Brothers, are celebrating 75 years of a strong and enduring friendship that has evolved into a strategic partnership, emphasizing economic cooperation.

According to Radio Pakistan, the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) exemplifies this strategic partnership. Under the first phase, CPEC-I, numerous energy and road infrastructure projects have been completed. Currently, under CPEC-II, both nations have identified approximately nine economic zones, expected to play a crucial role in transforming Pakistan's economic future.

Both countries have consistently supported each other in challenging times and at international platforms. They continue to enhance their collaboration by learning from each other's expertise in fields such as IT, AI, engineering, and education. There is also potential for expanding cooperation through people-to-people and youth exchange programs. For future economic benefits, Pakistan is encouraged to concentrate on strategic cooperation with China, especially focusing on economic collaboration.
