Gupis: Pakistan Army and the Special Communications Organization (SCO) have established a freelancing hub in the Gupis area of Gilgit-Baltistan. The initiative aims to empower local youth by providing them with the skills necessary for success in the digital economy. According to Radio Pakistan, the freelancing hub has been set up at the Government Boys High School in Gupis. The principal of the school, Umar Jan, commended the Pakistan Army's initiative, noting that it marks the establishment of the first freelancing hub in the area. He highlighted the hub's role in addressing the needs of young people by offering them training in online business, freelancing, and digital marketing. Umar Jan further emphasized the importance of such hubs in today's rapidly evolving world, pointing out that they present valuable employment opportunities for the local youth. He expressed his gratitude to the Pakistan Army and the SCO, noting that this initiative will equip students with significant knowledge and skills that a re crucial for their future careers.
