Pakistan army: In a timely action, foiled an infiltration attempt by Fitna-al-Khwarij at the Pakistan border.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Afghan Taliban had been trying to infiltrate a formation of Fitna al-Khawarij into Pakistan for a few days which was foiled by the security forces.

Disappointed by this failure, Afghan Taliban targeted Pakistani civilian population in Malik Shaheen Village of Katkot border area of Bajaur today.

As a result of unprovoked shelling, three persons, including a woman and two children, were martyred from the same house, while three were seriously injured and shifted to hospital.

In an immediate retaliatory action, Pakistan Army completely destroyed the gun position firing from Afghanistan.

In the Pakistan Army's operation, all Afghan Taliban posts adjacent to Bajaur were targeted, which caused heavy casualties to the Afghan Taliban.

Residents of Bajaur have strongly condemned this cowardly act and expressed complete solidarity with the security forces.

Targeting the civilian population by the Afghan Taliban is clear evidence of their nefarious intentions and desperation.
