Pakistan and Latvia have agreed to expand bilateral cooperation in trade and investment, energy, education, technology, and labour mobility. The understanding to this effect came at the sixth Round of Pakistan-Latvia Bilateral Political Consultations in Islamabad today. Both sides reviewed the positive trajectory of Pakistan-Latvia relations. They discussed regional and global developments and underlined the need for collective efforts to address common challenges. Meanwhile, Deputy State Secretary-Political Director, Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Andžejs Vilumsons called on the Foreign Secretary of Pakistan Muhammad Syrus Sajjad Qazi.
