Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar engaged in a telephone conversation with Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar. According to Radio Pakistan, the discussions between the two leaders revolved around prevailing regional and international developments. Both leaders underscored the necessity for urgent de-escalation in the current scenario. The Qatari side expressed appreciation for Pakistan's ongoing efforts aimed at promoting peace and stability through dialogue and diplomacy. The conversation highlighted the importance of peaceful resolutions in addressing the challenges faced by both nations. Additionally, the leaders reaffirmed the deep-rooted brotherly ties between Pakistan and Qatar.
