Islamabad: Partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and light snow is anticipated at isolated locations in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan, and Kashmir. Cold and dry conditions are predicted for the rest of the country over the next twelve hours. Moderate to dense fog is likely to continue in Punjab, upper Sindh, and the plain areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. According to Radio Pakistan, the temperatures recorded in major cities this morning were as follows: Islamabad at 4°C, Lahore at 7°C, Karachi at 16°C, Peshawar at 5°C, Quetta and Gilgit at 1°C, Murree at 0°C, and Muzaffarabad at 3°C. In Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the weather forecast indicates partly cloudy weather with chances of light rain and snow in Srinagar and Leh. Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula are expected to experience partly cloudy and very cold conditions, while Jammu will be cold and foggy. The temperatures recorded in the region this morning were: Pulwama, Anantnag, and Baramula at -2°C, Shopian and Sri nagar at -1°C, Jammu at 7°C, and Leh at -6°C.
