Islamabad:Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi has highlighted the need for aligning police training with contemporary requirements to enhance the standards of the police force.
According to Radio Pakistan, Naqvi made these remarks while chairing a meeting during his visit to the National Police Academy.
During the meeting, he directed that modern training equipment be provided to trainee officers and emphasized the importance of engaging highly qualified and experienced faculty for the Mid-Career Management Course. It was also decided to recommend the inclusion of modern modules on digital policing and artificial intelligence in the course curriculum.
