Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have expressed grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of twelve security personnel in the attack of Khawarij terrorists in Bannu. In their separate statements, they reaffirmed Pakistan's determination to completely eradicate the scourge of terrorism. According to Radio Pakistan, President Asif Ali Zardari paid tributes to the soldiers for sacrificing their lives in the defense of the country. He emphasized that the entire nation salutes those who sacrificed their lives for the safety of the motherland. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif echoed these sentiments in his statement, asserting that the sacrifices of the nation's sons will never go in vain. He declared that Fitna-ul-Khawarij, which endangers people's lives and property, will have to pay a heavy price.
