Islamabad: President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif have lauded the security forces for successful operations against Fitna-al-Khawarij in the Bara area of Khyber District and South Waziristan District along the Pak-Afghan border. In a joint statement, both leaders expressed their appreciation for the bravery and dedication of the forces involved in these operations. According to Radio Pakistan, President Asif Ali Zardari specifically praised the security forces for their courage in killing three Khwarij during the operation and effectively preventing infiltration attempts into Pakistan. He emphasized the country's resolve to thwart all terrorist attempts to disrupt peace and reiterated the determination to continue operations until the complete elimination of terrorism from the nation. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif echoed these sentiments, stating that the nefarious designs of the enemies of humanity will continue to be foiled. He assured that the entire nation stands in solidarity with the valiant jawans of the security forces in their fight against terrorism. The Prime Minister affirmed the government's commitment to actively work towards the complete eradication of Khwarij and terrorism from the country.
