The Punjab Cabinet has approved the province's largest historical mass marriage program. The approval was given by the Punjab Cabinet, which met in Lahore today with Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif in the chair. During the meeting, the cabinet approved a project to arrange mass marriages for 3,000 underprivileged girls across Punjab. Under the programe, each bride will receive 100,000 rupees, along with gifts that include furniture, clothing, dinner sets, and 13 essential household items.
