Lahore:Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced plans to establish stroke centers in every division of the province.
According to Radio Pakistan, during a meeting in Lahore, it was revealed that there are currently 40 fully operational Primary Stroke Centers in Punjab. An additional 17 centers are expected to become operational by December.
The meeting also highlighted that the CM Stroke Program has successfully saved the lives of 336 stroke patients.
