Lahore: Punjab Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb has announced a "Green Lockdown" in Lahore's most polluted zones to combat rising smog levels. Talking to media in Lahore, she emphasized the need for collaborative efforts between India and Pakistan, proposing a joint action to address the smog issue. According to Radio Pakistan, she said that a formal letter will be sent to the Chief Minister of Indian Punjab for cooperation.
