Lahore: Punjab government has taken significant measures to control smog and address environmental challenges in the province. Punjab Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb stated this during a function held on World Environment Day in Lahore today.
According to Radio Pakistan, Marriyum Aurangzeb emphasized that unprecedented work has been carried out in the environmental sector over the past two years. She highlighted the steps taken to protect the environment, including the installation of environmental control systems in over nine thousand industrial units and the affixing of QR codes on over fourteen thousand brick kilns.
