Chairman Senate Sadiq Sanjrani has termed establishment of International Parliamentarian Congress as a prolific step to present auspicious gesture of Pakistan in the comity of nations. He was addressing a farewell ceremony in honor of outgoing senators in Islamabad. He said upper house holds special status across globe.
