Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC) is all set to implement Semiconductor Industry Development Plan to attract billions of dollars of investment in the country. The project initially focusing on the design of semi-conductors will open more avenues for Pakistan, and with abundant and skilled human resource, Pakistan can attract trillion dollar industry globally.
