Lahore: Provincial Disaster Management Authority, Punjab says survey in flood-affected areas has been completed. Addressing a news conference in Lahore, Director General PDMA Irfan Ali Kathia stated that the survey process has reached completion, marking a significant step in the recovery efforts. According to Radio Pakistan, Irfan Ali Kathia highlighted that complaints regarding the survey can be lodged either online or through the concerned Assistant Commissioner. So far, nine hundred and fifty-three complaints have been received, and all have been resolved, ensuring transparency and accountability in the process. The DG PDMA further elaborated that the distribution of financial assistance to the six hundred thousand affected individuals will be completed within a month. This timely financial aid is part of the broader effort to support those impacted by the devastating floods in Punjab.
