Pakistan's Drug Regulatory Authority (DRAP) and the Pakistan Pharmacist Association (PPA) partnered with Islamabad's Dr Akbar Niazi Teaching Hospital (ANTH) to host the "Ensuring Patient Safety through Pharmacovigilance" symposium. Following the event, ANTH, DRAP and PPA jointly inaugurated the ANTH Pharmacovigilance Center, bridging connections to DRAP's National Pharmacovigilance Centre. Dignitaries including DRAP CEO Asim Rauf and PPA President Sardar Shabbir emphasized the importance of the collaboration in improving drug monitoring.
