He was addressing a ceremony at the University of the Punjab in Lahore in connection with Iqbal Day. According to Radio Pakistan, Ahsan Iqbal underscored the importance of Iqbal's poetry and philosophy in navigating current challenges, particularly for the Muslim Ummah worldwide. The Minister proposed that Allama Iqbal's influential poetry be prominently displayed at the entrances of universities across Pakistan, encouraging students and faculty to draw daily inspiration from his teachings. The minister condemned the ongoing violence against Muslim populations in Palestine, Gaza, and Lebanon, highlighting the need for unity and resilience in facing global challenges. Ahsan Iqbal's call for the integration of Iqbal's teachings into the educational framework aims to inspire a generation of thinkers who can address contemporary issues with wi sdom and insight.
