Quetta: Balochistan Government has decided to unlock the province's rich cultural heritage and natural beauty to attract both domestic and international tourists. The decision aims to leverage the unique cultural assets and scenic landscapes of the region to boost tourism.
According to Radio Pakistan, the decision was made during a meeting between the Chief Secretary of Balochistan, Shakeel Qadir Khan, and the Managing Director of Green Tourism Pakistan in Quetta. The meeting focused on strategies to enhance the appeal of Balochistan's cultural and natural sites for tourism.
In addition to promoting cultural heritage, both officials discussed plans to upgrade the Hinglaj Mata Mandir into an international religious tourism site. This initiative is part of broader efforts to develop the region's tourism infrastructure and increase its visibility on the global tourism map.
