Lahore: Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has assured that every city in the province will benefit from development initiatives. She was chairing a meeting in Lahore today to review the progress on the Lahore Development Programme and the Punjab Development Plan.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Chief Minister emphasized that all cities of Punjab will be developed and enhanced following the model of Lahore. During the meeting, it was decided that the most dilapidated streets and areas will be given priority under Phase-I of the Punjab Development Programme.

Furthermore, the meeting resolved to initiate development projects on a priority basis in sixty-six cities across the province.
