According to Radio Pakistan, Akhlaq Ahmed's contributions to the music industry include a number of super hit songs. His memorable tracks such as 'Sona Na Chandi Na Koi Mehal' from the film Bandish, 'Sawan Aye Sawan Jaye' in Chahat, 'Ay Dil Apna Dard Chhupa' in Rishta, and 'Hum Ko Kis Ke Gham Ne Maara' in Basera continue to resonate with music lovers.
Throughout his career, Akhlaq Ahmed lent his voice to nearly 117 songs in 86 films, spanning from 1973 to 1998. His legacy in the music industry remains significant, and his work continues to be celebrated by fans and fellow artists alike.
