Karachi: National Logistics Corporation (NLC) has made the Gabd Border Terminal operational for the international road transport system. This significant development is expected to further enhance Pakistan's regional trade ties via Iran.

According to Radio Pakistan, this milestone was marked by the priority handling and clearance of meat containers sent from Karachi to Tashkent. Access to Central Asia through Iran provides a shorter, safer, and more modern alternative compared to the traditional Afghanistan route.
