Lahore: Railways Minister Muhammad Hanif Abbasi has announced the revival of the Bullhe Shah Passenger train service, set to resume operations from May 28 this year. The train, which has been suspended since November 2011, will operate between Kasur and Pakpattan, making stops at Usmanwala, Kanganpur, Mandi Ahmadabad, Basirpur, and Haveli Wasawewala.
According to Radio Pakistan, the reinstatement of this train service is part of a broader initiative to ease travel and enhance connectivity between the Kasur and Pakpattan districts. The Railways Minister also provided in-principle approval for an additional stop of the Tezgam Express at Kot Radha Kishan, underscoring the government's dedication to offering modern and improved travel facilities.
