Peshawar: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has introduced a comprehensive e-stamping system in the province to enhance transparency. A formal notification to this effect has been issued in Peshawar today.
According to Radio Pakistan, only e-stamp papers will be considered valid for all official purposes starting from the first of next month. This move is aimed at ensuring a more transparent and efficient process in official transactions, reducing the chances of fraud and errors associated with traditional stamping methods.
The introduction of the e-stamping system is part of the government's ongoing efforts to modernize administrative processes and improve governance in the province. The new system is expected to streamline operations and provide ease of access for the public in acquiring stamp papers for various legal and official purposes.
