Baku: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has left for Azerbaijan to participate in the 17th Summit of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), beginning in Khankendi, Republic of Azerbaijan from today. Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar, and Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi are accompanying the Prime Minister during the visit.
According to Radio Pakistan, the summit will focus on regional economic cooperation and development initiatives. The leaders attending the summit are expected to discuss strategies to enhance trade, investment, and connectivity among ECO member states. The summit serves as a platform for member countries to address challenges and explore opportunities for mutual growth and collaboration.
